Adding a ventrilo server.

My friend "BlackSheep" thro' "Steam". he said that he will come as fast hes getting hes wow to work.

ive been working as all staff ranks in many difficult Servers with a high rated job from the owner and members.

18. You find a player speed hacking? What do you do?
I record him with fraps and then i ban him. then i forward this to the Head GM/Co-owner/Owner with IP, Acc Name, reason and the proof.

19. When you make your decision about the hacker, another Game Master (with a same rank as you), confronts you about your decision. What do you say to that GM? How do you handle the situation?
i would ignore if i belive that hes decision is not the right choice. and if i do wrong, i will get learned.

20. A player is acting up in an event. He is constantly moving to the places you tell him not to, he is spamming in /y, and being disrespectful. How do you stop this player?
i would give him 3 chances to stop. if he still keeps. i will mute him and teleport him back from the event.

21. A player is constantly making fun of other players, spamming, and saying racist things. What do you do to stop this player?
i give him 3 chances. then i mute him for 10minutes.
22. A Game Master (of higher rank than you) confronts you about the situation. What do you tell this GM? How do you handle this?

if hes decision sounds more logic, i will follow him. if not, i will keep to my decision.

i would say 8. cause when am tired, i often get annoyed really easy. and my english grammar..

iam a guy who lives in sweden and have play wow for 4-6 years. 2 years retail and rest of it private servers. iam 14 years old. ive been owning my own Gaming Community who whas called DropGaming who got over 2k Players after some months and over 150 Group members in some weeks. we had also a big staff group who i really cared about.
