In our Sunwell Plateau, mobs and bosses drop Elemental Tokens, a currency used to buy off pieces, weapons and jewelry.

Lore
Apocalypse, the father of the Four natural elements, has grown tired with the world. His two leaders, also the crater of his artificial body and soul, command him to take his irritation of the world out on it's inhabitants, and scrape the face off of the planet for sheer enjoyment. Apocalypse comes up with an idea to use the elemental forces that he created to do his bidding for him, summoning the forces of Fire, Water, Earth and Wind from their elemental planes, and commanding them to unleash their great powers they were created with. They begin to plot their destruction in a place known as the Sunwell Plateau, their numbers multiplying daily. Before the elements can begin their attack, they are pushed back by the group known as the Steel Gauntlet, and are forced to stay inside the reaches of the Sunwell. Apocalypse is infuriated with the Steel Gauntlet, but is ordered by his superiors to safely stay hidden inside the Sunwell Plateau. He creates the four leading elements, Storm, Ignite, Earthbreak and Tsunami. The lesser elements listen to their corresponding leading element, which helps force the Steel Gauntlet farther away from the entrance of their sacred keep. The Steel Gauntlet loses one of their members during a encounter with a group of lesser elements, damaging their plans to destroy Apocalypse before he can go on with his plans. Now, the Steel Gauntlet stands, nearly shattered by the elemental forces that are nestled in the Sunwell Plateau. They cannot stand to fight off the destructive forces for much longer. The citizens of Azeroth must stand, or be devoured by Apocalypse's mindless forces.
